Another great day at the Calgary Body Soul Spirit Expo. It was a busy day! Absolutely enjoyed my day. Everyone who had readings and stopped by to chat at my booth thank you. I am very grateful for meeting so many wonderful people. Each of you are on an amazing journey thank you for being so open! As well thank you to my neighbors at the expo you made me smile, laugh, and have the best time ever. It is always wonderful to meet new friends . I can hardly wait for the next one.

Thank you to all who attended the Bach flower class yesterday. I love it when a great group comes together. We mixed and played and created ourselves to a better health. Taking charge of our own inner well being is taking back our power to heal. The first step is believing you can.
