One of Lee Harris’s most recent publications “Conversations with the Z’s” is a must read! Each time we read or listen to his books, we always learn something new. Book two of the series was released recently and it’s mind blowing, but we recommend starting with book one which is very good too. This quote was found in his second book and it is such a good reminder of the importance of taking the time for self care, which we know can be difficult with a hectic schedule, but take the time anyway!
