Food, once a symbol of family, pleasure, and tradition in my Italian upbringing, also emerged as a biological signal capable of shaping our genetic expression. With over 17 years of research, including pioneering work at Stanford University, I’ve seen that nurturing well-being isn’t about deprivation or complexity. It’s about rational optimism, finding joy in simple habits, and integrating evidence-based science into the rhythms of everyday life. My approach turns complexity into clarity, helping you use small shifts—like what you eat, how you move, and how you think—to guide your genes toward resilience and longevity.
