Calm no longer feeling safe

I have observed over the last few years that when a person has been in a hyper or hypo aroused state for a long period of time, to allow the body to be in a calmer state feels very different (the individuals have also said different not nessisarily nice).

Now different isn't comfortable different is questioning if this should be the new normal. So exploring just feeling the sensation of calm for 1-2 minutes or even seconds, then allowing them to re stimulate, allows the person to start to grow into calm rather than just be calm.

Over time calm will not longer feel different instead feel ok, and as they progress it moves from ok, to them then seeking calm.
