A friendly reminder NOT to trust AI and random websites when you are searching for important health related information (or anything really). Even if most websites agree on the same thing, it's not necessarily the truth.
The information you might find can be very far away from the truth, neither based on the science (science is not everything!!!) nor valid comprehensive research, established therapies and studies backed up by real experience.
To look for information visit a library, look for various practitioners articles basing their information on established knowledge as well as experience.
Speaking to a qualified (what qualifications they hold and experiences they have is also important) professional might be the best thing. Stay open minded. Avoid biases, propaganda, agendas of individual people, people who try to push their own narratives no matter what (especially if they are selling something) without being open minded themselves.
