Rapid 2 Week Diet
If you have been sticking to this so far I have to give you a put on the back because in the next day or so you will have reset your basic hormone receptors.
For the next few days we need to focus on your waste.
As gross as it sounds!
But its an important part in wasting bag gut bugs - the ones responsible for food cravings and aiding in long term fat storage.
Remember that not one diet fits all - Just the principles that can relate to most people.
Some people are finding themselves too full.
Some are finding they are still hungry.

Always keep in mind that there are some sacrifices that do need to be made at times - If you have been eating a highly processed diet and used to amplified foods you will need to wait until your taste buds reset on your tongue until you can start really looking forward to vitamin rich food compared to the regular garbage.
Nothing happens without effort.
If you are still not hitting the toilet at least once per day then I suggest you possibly change to a vitamin rich liquid based diet for another 24-48 hours.
Pump the fruits and vegetables to a combination of your choice to help clean out your bowels.
Take notice at the change of your waste in the toilet.
If your waste if giving a long and very sticky stain all along the bottom of the porcelain which takes a hard scrub to get off...
or,
If your waste is completely shooting out of your bottom like water on a daily basis..
These are signs to watch out for and ensure they do not continue.
Your waste should easily come out without the feeling like you still have more inside you but can't push it out.
