The tibial nerve is a branch of the sciatic nerve in the leg. It often gets entrapped by one of your calf muscles, the soleus. When this happens, the calf tends to stay super tight and is seemingly impervious to stretching.

Hey everyone! So good to be back working again. I hope you are all well.
Just a wee note to say that if you have had your Covid-19 vaccination it is strongly advised that you do not receive a massage until at least 3days after. I know we are all excited about getting our massage done but please let me know and we can reschedule your appointment.
