JOIN ME. SHARE YOUR COMMITMENT. ACCOUNTABILITY IS KEY.
I completed my first 66 Day Challenge: workout 6 out of 7 days (day 7 rest and recovery) with a low carb , low cal diet regimen. Sleeping great, waist down 5 inches, lost 31+ pounds.
Next step: continue original commitment (after a weekend off), add part two. A daily journal discipline. "You can't be an author if you don't write something." (You can quote me, lol)

Day 63 of 66! Great day at gym this morning. Getting the day started. No additional weight loss at this point, but the inches tell the story. Setting my next goals now. My next challenge may be spiritual, personal, professional, or something else! Stay tuned. Join us on our journeys!!

Day 60 is here! 6 days to complete step one. I am down about 30 pounds. I am following a low carb regimen and exercise (6 dsys a week). I am also drinking a Smart Coffee in the a.m. from elevacity.
I am planning the addition of other personal goals for round 2! Every journey is unique and individual. What will be your challenge? Make it a healthy habit! Let's work together!

Okay, so apparently I have it all wrong! I have been telling everyone that it takes 66 days to build a habit. However, my friend, RickBall, tells me I have it ALL wrong! He told me, "I had ice cream yesterday. I had ice cream today. I will definitely have ice cream tomorrow. Habit established in only two days!"
