When kids say the darnest things LOL! But he speaks truth!

Young Living's lavender oil is great for kids. YL's essential oils all come from plants 100%. No additives, no sythetics, no alcohol. You can even go to their farms and they will be more than happy to show you how these bottles of goodness are made.

So yes, let's smoke that plant LOL!

This is the Momentum blend I got from the Momentum event staged by Hush Angels Sanctuary.

This baby is loaded with crazy rich essential oils meant to push you continue the journey, just go for it and achieve your goals.

But most probably this also has carrier oil in it. Which is why as much as I want to scrimp on using this blend, I decided to use it as much as I desire.

Generally, essential oils have long shelf life with proper handling, use and storage. But once you add in carrier oil, the expiry date of the carrier will now be the expiry date of the whole blend.

And with this it's as if God is telling me just go for it! Use it and be inspired! Tomorrow is another day to make another blend. For now, live in the present and sniff and apply that blend like there's no tomorrow 😁😊

Laughing at myself on the inside when I saw this.

I never knew what an anxiety attack was until I saw Iron Man 3, when Tony Stark was having his. I never knew my sudden rushes of panic had a name, and I thought it was just me. It was comforting to know it had a name and that I was not alone. It was empowering to know I can do something about it.

And one of that "something" is stashing Valor everywhere. And I do mean everywhere. This is a photo of a Valor roll-on in our car, on the driver's door. If in case I just need a sniff, or a douse.

Sometimes I think it's placebo, having a name like Valor and all. But it's sweet heavy scent can really ground you, make your clouded vision clear, helps remove the clutter in your brain and in your heart, makes the room bigger when it was about to swallow you in. And after a few seconds of sniffing and praying with still your eyes closed, take a deep breath through the nose. That exhale through the mouth that comes after, you feel all your fears and what-ifs exiting your system. You just know that all will be well.

Weekend staycations are the best. Where you can stay in bed all day, and your most pressing concerns involve what channel to stick to, what food to eat, and whether or not you want to transfer to the bath tub. And your house is just a few kilometers away 😊

And yep! I always bring a diffuser anywhere I go LOL.

This is Young Living's Bamboo diffuser. It's taller than the other diffusers, but it's sleeker, thinner, so it's easier to fit in your luggage. Diffusing Thieves EO blend, just to make sure our room not only looks clean but smells clean as well.

The Bamboo diffuser is from the NFR market, while the Thieves EO blend is available in the Philippines.

We are on diffuser overdrive.

Rainy season in the Philippines means mosquitoes are everywhere. And my husband has a tendency to be trigger-happy with insecticides, with good reason I must admit. But doing so means we have to get out of the house for hours, and yet the mosquitoes never seem to go away. TBH, I toyed with the idea of using the old katol!

I put my foot down and decided to place diffusers in every room. We diffuse Clove essential oil and I swear, if you need a toxin-free way to drive away mosquitoes, THIS IS IT.

No one's been bitten since we started, let alone have seen any of them flying around. And as a bonus, even the flies have fled woohoo!

And the best part? We don't have to go anywhere while we diffuse. No disruption to our daily lives whatsoever.
