Hi everyone 🌺... My clients have all been contacted personally but I thought I should update this page as its beem dormant for a while... A change of premises... A trip to Ecuador... And now this pandemic(!!) has meant a facebook lull for a good while!
Im awaiting government advice so I can resume practice again along with the rest of the world 😔.. Meanwhile... Lots of research and reading going on at home... Aswell as a much needed time for reflection and reevaluation... Ive been sending relevant natural health information personally to my clients rather than updating this page generically but this shall resume over the coming weeks as life starts to take some sort of strange shape... 🤔🙏
🌱Keeping stress levels down is imperative in keeping up optimal health...you may not be able to receive the amazing benefits of reflexology right now... But there are many many things you can do at home and outdoors in the meantime as you all know im sure..
