Let’s Talk About Duality in Witchcraft I have to speak on this because im noticing a pattern.

Why is it that every time someone asks for advice on a spell in these witchy groups, folks are quick to yell “Nooo don’t do that!” or “That’s dark work!” like what’s the point of calling yourself a witch if you’re scared of your own power?

Let’s be real duality exists in everything.
If one cannot hex, one cannot heal.
If you only ever work with light, how do you understand the shadows?

Everything in this path is about balance. You don’t go around harming people for fun, but you also don’t sit scared and powerless when it’s time to protect yourself or stand your ground.

Know your craft. Know your intent. Stand firm in your energy.
Because being a witch isn’t about being “good” or “bad” it’s about being aligned, balanced, and aware.

Trust Your Intuition Not Just the Book

When you’re first learning tarot or oracle reading, it’s completely fine to use the little guidebook that comes with your deck. That’s how most of us start learning the basics and connecting to the symbolism.

But here’s the thing at some point, you’ve got to trust your own intuition.

The book can’t always tell you what Spirit is saying in that moment or how that message applies to that person. Sometimes what you feel when you see the card will tell a much deeper story than the printed words ever could.

So take a moment, breathe, and look at the card.
What stands out?
What colors or symbols speak to you?
What do you feel?

That’s Spirit talking through you.
The book is the foundation but you are the channel. Once you’ve learned the basics, put that book down and let the message flow through your higher self.
