ATP+ moments of love in Corfu, Greece 🇬🇷💗
To be in community with so many women from around the world (11 countries!) was so incredibly nourishing! It was an honor to be in class learning from Rosita and the ATC teaching team; Vivian, Louise, Eva, Fi, & Lisa. Thank you all for your guidance and support. Thank to the lineage of healers that have come before us, passing on the wisdom of this work ⛰️🤲✨
This class reminded me how absolutely essential it is to receive loving physical touch. I am feeling so full, so healthy, so expansive, so blessed. I am grateful I have some time to integrate all I’ve learned in the last two weeks diving into Abdominal Therapy classes, yet also so excited to get back home and share more of the work with you all 💆‍♀️ 🌀💗

This work is so deep, detailed, purposeful, and effective. I absolutely loved the structure and fluidity of the classes, and I was blown away continuously by the loving hearts of my fellow classmates, and by the masterful space holding of my teachers. I loved the way we danced, sang, laughed, and cried. I loved the way we sat to eat meals together. I loved the way we were just as we are— women, in all of our beauty. I feel confident in my ability to make a positive difference in the world, one belly at a time, one coccyx at a time. I am thankful for every step along the way that brought me to this moment. I am excited for continued growth and expansion.

Life changing trip to Boulder, CO for Abdominal Therapy training last week! 🙏🤩
And now I am officially certified in Abdominal Therapy! 🌀🤲💗

Currently on my way to the airport flying out to Greece for the second part of the journey!! Will update you along the way! Can’t wait to come back home with more techniques in this gorgeous modality for you all 🙏✨

The new studio space!!! Amt Bodywork is now located inside The Prana House on the third floor!! 🙌✨
I am beyond words with how right it feels here. My heart is so full. I put a lot of love into painting the space myself and I am so so proud of how it turned out! It feels so comfortable, cozy, and relaxing up here 🥰

Very exciting event coming up, The Prana House celebrates its 11th year anniversary this Saturday, July 13th! From 9am to 9pm there will be all kinds of fun things happening like; crafting, breath work, tarot and akashic records readings, drum circle, dance party (with a DJ!!), mini somatic sessions with yours truly, and more!!🥰 Anita from Unity Skin Studio will be there too for the festivities, chatting with you about all things skin care! Check out Prana’s website for the full schedule of all the fun things planned! From 1:30-3:30pm I will be upstairs in the new space, providing 15 minute somatic Presencing experiences! Come check out the space where we can meet each other and for 15 minutes we will share presence together! 🤍✨

Sensation is always now, in the present moment, not in the past or the future! Tuning into what we feel and notice inside (interoception) is the quickest way into presence. During the session, I will guide and accompany you as we explore sensation in an area of your body, tapping into presence together, using the power of awareness, interacting with touch, words, and breath. This is very gentle, simple, subtle, yet powerful work! I am so excited to share it with you! 🥰 Mini somatic sessions will be a first-come-first-serve situation, there will be a sign up sheet, starts at 1:30 and ends at 3:30pm.
