Yoga Field Trip to the Bat Preserve
Join us for a special day trip featuring a walking meditation led by Rachel, time in nature, and a brown-bag lunch together. Plus all that time we get to carpool and get to know one another more!
Yin Yoga Saturday Series — Go Deep
If you are kind of a tough son-of-a-gun (or want to get tougher) this is for you! Yin Yoga is very deep stretches with long holds - and more than a physical challenge, it is a mental one. If you'd like to build more physical mobility and mental resilience - join us for this four week series.

Metta Meditation — New to Grays Harbor!
Led by Rachel, recently trained through Dharma Moon, this ancient practice of loving-kindness invites compassion for self and others. Gentle, heart-opening, and deeply transformative — a beautiful addition to your meditation journey.
