Well Employed is a corporate wellness initiative aimed at businesses that have their human capital as a priority. Well Employed’s expertise lies in the field of risk based health and wellness screening and education. Our focus is on improving employees’ health and wellness with tools designed to educate and guide the employee on the right path towards a lifestyle change. Well Employed offers once off, monthly or bi-annual visits where one on one or group mentoring sessions take place. In these sessions employees are screened for health related risks as well as emotional and social wellness. Individual employee
goals and interventions are then put in place. Well Employed also offers workshops on health and wellness education and intervention programmes within companies, improving health and wellness by reducing absenteeism, presenteeism and factors associated with poor performance.
