Ingredients:

1 cup raw almonds
1/2 cup dark chocolate (85% cocoa or higher)
1 tsp coconut oil

Instructions:

Melt the dark chocolate and coconut oil together in a heatproof bowl over simmering water, or microwave in 30-second intervals until smooth.

🍋 GLP-1 Friendly Lemon Almond Cupcakes 🍋

Ingredients:

1 cup almond flour
1/4 cup erythritol (or your preferred sweetener)
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp baking powder
Pinch of sea salt
2 large eggs
1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 tbsp lemon zest
1 tsp vanilla extract

✨ Ingredients:

1 cup almond flour
1/4 cup coconut flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
2 tbsp almond butter
2 tbsp monk fruit sweetener (or other preferred sugar alternative)
1/4 cup dark chocolate chips (70% cocoa or higher)
✨ Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a medium bowl, mix together almond flour, coconut flour, baking soda, and salt.
