Responsive and Equitable Health System-Partnership on Non-communicable Disease (RESPOND) Philippines, is looking for one (1) Project Assistant for a Research Project on Health Systems Research, based in UP Manila, in collaboration with the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine (LSHTM). Main functions include handling the daily administrative tasks of the project, coordinating with UP Manila offices in complying with the bureaucratic requirements of processes of the university, providing logistics and admin support to the research team, safekeeping of project files, replenishment of supplies and materials, organizing monthly team meetings, transcribing minutes of meeting, preparing and submitting progress, accomplishment, and financial reports, and other related tasks to be assigned by the Project Manager. We are looking for candidates with above average communication skills, highly organized, able to multi-task, proactive and a team player.
