Change IS possible!
I created this page because i turned my life around through changing my thoughts and beliefs, and i want to share the information with others, so that people can be inspired to change their lives. I came from a lifetime of deep depression, anxiety, su***de attempts, alcohol dependency and destructive thoughts and behaviour, so if i can change, you can change too.
Change IS possible no matter where you may be, or how bad things are in your life. Even if you think your life cannot get any worse, you CAN make that change. Start changing your thoughts today to more empowering, positive thoughts about yourself and your life and you will see things start to change. Reach for any thought to start that makes you feel slightly better than you do now (thinking of a loved one, or the love you have for your pet is a good way to start), and keep working on that, once you hold a positive thought for 17 seconds, it will lead to another positive thought and another. Once you hold positive thoughts for 68 seconds a shift occurs and now you are in a positive vibration, stay with it as long as you can. Now you are attracting more positive experiences into your life, not the negative, as what we focus on expands. Focus on the bad and you will get more of the bad, focus and worry about your problems, you will get more problems. Think good thoughts, and you attract more of the good. I know for a fact that this is the truth, i have seen it over and over again in my own life. I even managed to lose 6 stone (84lbs) in weight, easily and effortlessly, after a life of being overweight and having eating disorders, just by changing what was going on in my mind.
Every time you are ‘feeling’ bad, there is always a thought associated with that feeling, as feelings originate from what we are thinking. Most of us are not consciously aware of what we are thinking 95% of the day. Be much more consciously aware of what you are thinking, judged on how you you are feeling, and then flip it. When you feel bad (anxiety, sadness, anger, depression, frustration, worry, fear, loneliness etc), you are thinking thoughts about what you DON’T want, identify the thought, realise what it is you don’t want, then find what is the opposite of that, what is it that you DO want? Then consciously think of that instead, imagine it, and try to feel how it would feel if it were true, and keep thinking and feeling it as long as you can. Each time a negative thought surfaces change it to something you do want. Our core beliefs about ourselves and our lives are just thoughts we have repeated over and over again, and to change our deep rooted beliefs we need to change our thinking. Our thoughts, feelings and core beliefs shape our world (personally and globally), as we create for ourselves what we predominantly think about, because over time it becomes programmed into the subconscious mind, and we operate from the subconscious mind about 95% of the time. To overcome this, it takes conscious awareness and practice, but eventually the negative thoughts will start to evaporate and the new way of thinking will start to change your life in ways you never thought possible.......give it a try, what have you got to lose? On the other side lies freedom.......
