An Artist Date is Julia Cameron's term for "a block of time, perhaps two hours weekly, especially set aside and committed to nurturing your creative consciousness, your inner artist."

It can (and should) be something *you* love to do. And it doesn't need to cost very much money (In fact, in some ways, it shouldn't...this is about spending quality time with yourself) What would make you smile? Glitter glue? A new journal? A barefoot walk on a beach? Go for it -- Plan an artist date with yourself tomorrow. What will you do?
