Strength training and cardio burns fat more than cardio and diet alone. Cardio and diet alone shrinks you down yes but it will leave you soft and skinny . Instead of that focus on building muscle while burning off fat. Larger muscles burn more calories and more fat. In bodybuilding this is called "cutting up", this is the process of strength training in combo with diet and cardio. This burns fat far more than cardio and diet alone.

So finally im starting this hair treatment, not for fun but because of . Alopecia areata is a common , causing hair loss on the scalp, face and sometimes on other areas of the body. With alopecia areata, your follicles remain alive and hair can regrow at any time. My hair is starting to regrow but the color is white and the hairs are still very short. The treatment is meant for hair and to strengthen the hair.
Early this year I had an and recieved treatment with which messed up my autoimmune system, along with it caused the loss of patches of hair on several places on my body. This totally stressed me out even more which didnt help the situation. Recovery is very slow and patience is a must. asked if I ate enough because my body was in need of proteins which were subtracted from the hair to put in organs where was needed. So im on a redmeat also to get as much protein in.. Well, I eat 100gr of redmeat per day and 100gr of salmon plus and because of regular .
I will try to give updates about the of my hair .
