When life lands, things start shifting. The patterns and hooks in life that were once holding you back start to fall away and openings of the new begin to present themselves.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
There will be times of struggle. There will be moments where you are swimming upstream and the current against you feels so strong and relentless. There will be moments where you feel that you are in a constant play of push and pull. This is life.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
And yet, when we surrender to grace and when we truly allow what needs to fall away, to fall away, there we find the opening.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
The opening for new seeds to sprout. For fresh and new ideas. For new spaces, movements, circles. For emotional, sense feeling and intellectual knowing of trust and belief. For connectivity, intuition, alignment and joy.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
But first, we have to surrender to the waves of life. Ride the waves. Know that everything is moving exactly as it should be, in divine alignment. And let go, really let go, of that which isn’t serving you. Surround yourself with the people, places, moments and routines that bring you life. That lift you up. That raise your vibration. That remind you of your light.

And then…magic will follow.

This life is amazing, in the tiniest moments and you deserve to be here for it all. The highs and the lows, in all of its beauty.

Anyone else in serious need of a practice after the festive season?! Yep, me too...🥴
New Years Day practices have always been one of my favourite things to do as a student...to be able to welcome in the New Year fresh, ready to set intentions and to start as we mean to go on. There’s no better way to start the year 🙌🏼
I’m so happy this time around to be holding the space and sharing this with whoever is joining. Welcoming in not only a new year but a new decade too. I can’t wait 🙏🏼

Last full week before Christmas...are you speeding up or slowing down?
We don’t always make the space in the festive season to find time for ourselves but where you can, take a little breather 🙏🏼
As the year speeds up and becomes more yang in it’s essence, what we really need to do is to welcome in more yin, in some way, shape or form ✨
Santa’s nearly here and we don’t want to be burnt out or run down for his arrival, do we? 🎅🏼
Find time to step on to the mat this week if you can...to breathe, to move and to be still. Oh and seeing as it’s Christmas, drink mulled wine and have a mince pie. Balance is key 🙌🏼

Indy’s had a rough time this week but luckily we find ourselves most at peace and connected when we’re in nature 🌿
Indy’s been thinking about what intentions he needs to bring in to his 2020 (the decade) to be in more balance and alignment...I think he’s bitten off more than he can chew ❤️

✨New Years Day Offering - Mandala Magic✨
Come and join me this New Years day for a beautiful elemental practice, moving through mandala, yin, meditation and pranayama ✌🏼
During this 2 hour workshop there will be time for us to journey through each of the 4 elements, as well as practicing both activating and harmonising yin. The physical asana will be complimented by deep and restorative pranayama and meditation to guide us into a still space to reflect on the year we are leaving behind and set our manifestations and intentions for the New Year ahead ✨🙌🏼💗
