Vorige week donderdag (rit 12) was het bijltjesdag op de flanken van Hautacam. Verschillende renners leken maar weinig energie over te hebben na de onverwacht zware 11e rit. Reden te meer om eens te kijken naar de voeding waar de renners hun energie uit putten. Sportdiëtiste Stephanie Scheirlynck (Lidl-Trek) legt uit hoe de renners eten in een rittenkoers als de Tour.
