I saw this and thought it was humorous. Did 2020 really win? I guess it depends on how you choose to look at things. That’s really the key isn’t it? As the proverb goes, when life gives you lemons, you can choose to look at the bad or choose to find the good. Here’s to making lots of lemonade in 2021! Have you ever taken drastic steps to improve your health? I have.

I tried a 30 day juice cleanse. That was tough. I didn't do very well with no food. I've attempted 72 hour fasts, more than once. I've put coffee in places that well, normally don't get straight coffee put in them.

Recently I started activating my cells to create health, I found it so beneficial that my wife and kids are activating too with great results.

Want to know the best part? It's way easier than a 30 day juice cleanse.

I'm still convinced that eating a whole-food plant based diet is the best way to incredible health. Unfortunately, it's really hard to do in America. Especially when you're busy, and stress is high, and the kids are distance learning.

Fortunately I found a bio-hack that's really helping me and my WFPB defiant children despite my lapses into the Standard American Diet. I'll start posting more about my adventures into Activating for Better Health.

As humans we are very short sighted. We could do so much to prevent our future pain. Eat less, exercise more, be nice to animals. What will it take for us to learn we can make positive change now to create a better tomorrow.



The conditions that lead to the emergence of new infectious diseases are the same ones that inflict horrific harms on animals.

I worked out today That's right. I got my lazy butt to the gym and I enjoyed it. I've done the Starting Strength method several times before, and each time I get strong pretty fast. It's based on a theory called Novice Linear Progression (NLP) meaning you add weight to the bar every workout, until you can't anymore. It's amazing how quickly you can increase the weight. Weekend's are great. A break from work. The opportunity to get things done around the house. And being able to spend time with my family. Today I went shopping with my boys. By shopping I mean I went and picked up the things I had already ordered online. I use e-meals to do my meal planning. They have great vegetarian and vegan meal plans that we choose recipes from every week. [ 425 more words ]
