HypnoBirthing the Mongan Method
Evidence-based comprehensive childbirth education course for moms and partners.

This Course Includes:
*5- 2.5-ish hour Sessions
*The HypnoBirthing Book and audios by Marie Mongan
*Rainbow Relaxation Audio
*Class handouts including relaxation scripts and birth preferences template

Breathing Methods ~ Relaxation Techniques ~ Nutrition and Exercise ~ How to Navigate Unexpected Challenges ~ Eliminating Fears ~ Questions to Ask Before, During and After Birth.

This session will start 04/10/24 and ends 05/08/24 Wednesday nights from 6:30-9:00-ish pm MST. This is a 5 class series class at location in Lehi. On-line option is also available on a case by case scenario (please send me a message to discuss:) and you will join us just as if you are in class through Zoom.

Investment for a group Hypnobirthing series is $300 total. Also an option to bundle 5 prenatal yoga classes for a great savings. Pre-registration with non-refundable $100 deposit is required for all classes, with the remaining balance due a week before class starts (I will send you an invoice.) Payment plans are available - send me a message and I would be happy to set this up. Please note that space is limited and my classes do fill up quickly, so enroll early in order to save your spot for your desired start date.

Our classes provide comfort, relaxation, and help in maintaining gentle strength and balance in your entire body, including your pelvic floor.

It’s going to be beautiful!💕
One of my most favorite things about teaching HypnoBirthing is the relationships I see being built as families join to educate themselves and work toward their OWN personal birth plans! We have a blast!
It’s so fun to see the ah-ha moments and fear/tension melt away as parents realize they do have the ability to work with the birthing body and their baby to have a beautiful experience. And if birth goes it’s own direction-having tools to help navigate.
