We tend to think the flu virus just shows up in the Fall. ๐Ÿ‚ But the reality is, viruses are around all year long. What changes is our bodyโ€™s resilience. ๐Ÿ’ช

In the fall and winter we eat more sugar and processed foods, we get less vitamin D from sunlight, our sleep often suffers, and weโ€™re indoors in close contact with others. ๐ŸŒฅ๏ธAll of this lowers our defenses. ๐Ÿ›ก๏ธ
