Nobody really talks about this, but once you start healing past traumas and your body comes out of "fight or flight" mode, your body will crave a lot of rest and silence.
Your body finally starts to feel safe in the peace and quiet.
The calm.
You aren't lazy; your body is just catching up on all the years it didn't have this stillness.
You. Deserve. This.

Change… Change is uncomfortable and messy. When you see someone and you think “man you must have done something good, you’ve changed!” This was a very hard moment, where you have no idea what’s up or down, but you keep remembering why you’re going through this, why you wanted to leave that old version of you. So please give yourself credit💞, please know I’m right here beside you cheering you on through changes I don’t see or know about because your light makes me smile 💖, it comforts me in my change as well🥰. So keep shining ✨, everyday your eyes peek open know you have this amazing light to show us and share with us❤️‍🔥! Lots of Love 😘✨🪶!

I love seeing people get out to truly experience the nights sky 🌌💖, it is magical and potent, no matter where you are, who you are you can see the nights sky and know we are all here together witnessing this with oneness💗. So when Alberta’s social media blew up with pictures of the northern lights, I knew something special was happening, not just outside but something inside ✨! The suns rays affects us, the northern lights affects you as well! So when hundreds or thousands go out to see them… there is something amazing to come 🤩❤️‍🔥!
