Light and dark are not enemies, they are the inhale and exhale of the same divine breath. I rise above the story and witness both with unconditional love.
When I stopped choosing sides between my shadow and my shine, I became the bridge and the universe began to speak in peace.
Polarity is not separation, it is movement. I rise by loving every part of myself back into the whole. Above fear, above judgement, I stand as the witness where light learns from darkness and love remembers itself.
I no longer chase the light or run from the dark. I hold them both, and in that embrace, I become free. ✨💜

It’s a good thing I Promise💞! This is what helps you manifest and follow your dreams more clearly💫. It also helps you ditch things that never really aligned with you in the first place, which is where the bumpy road can begin 🏔️, it tells you “hey, that’s not really you… can you let go of that version or story of yourself please 💞🙏?” And if you don’t listen the first 5 times 😂, then life kind of feels like a broken record. Just keep acknowledging 💖, I promise it’s worth the work and joy✨ you find in your true self 🌅. Enjoy your journey, it’s so amazing, even the unfun bits make life worth living when the good stuff hits 🥰💃!

Stand.
The ground knows your weight.

Do not hurry.
The wind is already listening.

What you face
has faced you before.

by staying gentle.

Protection means
not stepping away.

Compassion
is a long memory.

Those who came first

They steady the spine.
They calm the breath.

When fear rises,
they remain.

feet in earth,

Full moon 🌕 energy arrived early with the New Years Celebration 🎊! Did anyone else feel the extra rogue of New years this year😂💃? I’m sure the poor Emergency crews were running ragged. There was a feralness to it, beckoning you to speak, act and release those monsters or gremlins as we like to call them. The full moon amplifies everything, all that water in your body, pulling everything to the surface and releasing it💫, whether you choose to or not sometimes 💞. Give yourself and others grace, celebrate the beginning of a new cycle around the sun ☀️, to brighter days ahead🌅💖!!

She Who Walks with the Remembering Moon

She moves in silence
through the breathing forest,
her dress stitched with the language of ancestors—
patterns older than fire,
colors borrowed from dream and river.

Behind her, the moon opens
like a golden eye,
not watching—
but remembering
who she has always been.

Two wolves walk at her sides,
neither tame nor wild,
their steps measured in truth.
One guards her shadows,
the other her becoming.
They do not lead.
They do not follow.
They witness.

Her hair carries the night,
long and unbroken,
a river of prayers whispered
by women who learned strength
through listening.
Each strand holds a story
that refused to disappear.

The forest bows without bending.
Leaves murmur her name
in a language without sound.
Even fear steps aside,
recognizing something sacred
it cannot touch.

She walks not to escape,
not to conquer,
but to remember—
that the soul was never meant
to be alone in its body.

And somewhere deep inside the one who sees her,
something ancient stirs:
a longing for belonging,
for the courage to walk forward
while carrying the past gently,
like a flame that does not burn—
only guides.

She does not turn back.
She never needs to.
The moon walks with her.
The wolves know the way.
And the night itself
makes space
for her becoming.

Welcome in 2026 with such high love for yourself that it gives you peace every night when you close your eyes to rest🥰. Today we Celebrate the Sun and the Earth 🌏 for this is their moment to start their path again with each other 💞. Thank the Earth for the soil beneath your feet and the air you breathe freely, thank the Sun ☀️ for its ability to shine for us every damn day no matter what we’re going through 🥰. We’re having a nice quiet celebration at home with the kids this year, to tame some chaos that entered our lives in December, ready for the peace and stillness 🪶.

I hear a lot about “light is all you need”✨, humanity is not here to only experience just light ☀️….We’re meant to integrate the good times & the bad, see the light in the darkness is sometimes what you need, that confort to get through those hard times 💔💞. But I hope you find YOUR flame 🔥, I hope you catch fire 💫💃 and realize the powerful version of you is ALL of you!! The good times and the bad time ARE your super power 🔥💫, I hope you strut through those struggles and say “DAMN I’M AMAZING💪💃🔥!!” Give yourself credit and shine your unique version of you everyday no matter how weird or how broken you feel💞🔥💖!
