Sadly it's been a few years since this page was used and not so good habits have crept up and got comfy. I, with my best friend, want to get back to this. Change our lives one healthy habit at a time. Inspiration, food, exercise, health and supplements to change or rather magnify the strengths we have and bring them back to the surface, removing the bad habits that have come into play in our lives. Regardless of types of "diets", we want to get back to healthy. Get back to living and just being.
Those of us local to each other, we could get together and go walking or hiking or whatever. Let's all inspire each other and make it our best life.
