Larry Miller

Larry D. Miller, 73, of Homeworth passed away on October 29th after a short fight with cancer. He was born on October 27, 1952 in Alliance to Robert and Colleen (Davies) Miller and lived in Sebring and Homeworth his whole life. He was a 1972 graduate of West Branch High School where he played football.

He leaves behind his wife of 44 years Pamela (Wagner) Miller whom he married on September 27, 1981 on his in-laws 28th wedding anniversary. He also leaves behind his two children, Taryn (Andy) Lowe and Logan Miller. Other survivors are his father-in-law Ron Wagner; his sister Bonnie Rice; his brothers-in-law Randy (Melanie) Wagner and Andy (Cathy) Wagner; his sister-in-law Amy (Lenny) Niederhiser; nieces Rachel (Aaron) Gamble, Brynn Guist, Karla Owens; nephews Chad (Christina) Gimmi, Tyler and Cory Wagner and Troy Rice; great-nephews Scott and Grady Gamble and Gio Gimmi. He was also close to Pam's aunts Carol Ringer and Eleanor Carver. He was preceded in death by his parents, mother-in-law Elaine Wagner, sister Joyce Schrimi, brother-in-law David Rice and niece Amee Rice.

Larry loved to talk about his first jobs working on the Oyster and Harlan dairy farms. After high school he started at Transue and Williams stamping plant, and then American Steel and he retired from Ventra in Salem. Larry was a member of Middle Sandy Presbyterian Church where he helped with many dinners and was a former member of the Homeworth Lions Club. In his younger days he enjoyed fishing, bow hunting and was excellent at shooting archery at Westville Country Club.

Per his request Larry is being cremated and a memorial service will be held Saturday, November 8th 11:00 AM at Middle Sandy Presbyterian Church at 4306 Homeworth Road, Homeworth with Rev. William Saunders officiating. A time of visitation will take place the hour prior to the service at the church from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. In lieu of flowers, donations may be given to Middle Sandy Presbyterian Church, PO Box 153, Homeworth, OH 44634, any animal shelter or humane society of the donors choosing. Friends and family may sign the guest register and send condolences online at www.grfuneralhome.com. Arrangements have been entrusted to Brown Funeral Home, Sebring Chapel (330) 938-2526.

Ruth LeFevre Quinn, age 89, of Winter Park, Florida, passed away on October 22, 2025.

Ruth was born in Sebring, Ohio on April 5, 1936 to Ezma (McFarland) LeFevre and Franklin H. Lefevre. She was a graduate of Sebring McKinley High School in 1954 and furthered her education and graduated from Mount Union College (Alliance, Ohio) in 1958. Ruth obtained a Master’s Degree in Library Science 1970 from Case Western Reserve University (Cleveland).

Ruth was a member of First Presbyterian Church in Youngstown and worked as a reference librarian for the downtown Youngstown Public Library before moving to Florida in 1985. She was a member of First Methodist Church in Winter Park and retired from the downtown Orange County Public Library in 2003.

Ruth was predeceased by her husband James Quinn. She is survived by her daughter, Mary Beth Ansley of Winter Park, Florida, son Steven Ansley of Raleigh, North Carolina, grandson Justin Ansley of Lynchburg, VA, as well as her siblings Margaret McAbier of Scottsdale, AZ, Evelyn Hileman of Sebring, OH, Franklin LeFevre (Lee) of Folsom, CA, cherished cat Dusty, and several nieces and nephews.

Ruth had a special gift for friendship, touching the lives of so many with her caring nature. Her memory will live on in the hearts of all who knew her.

No funeral services are planned and per her wishes, her ashes will be interred in the family plot at Grandview Cemetery in her beloved hometown of Sebring Ohio. Leona Reichenbach

Leona "Oney" Reichenbach, a beloved member of her community and a devoted family matriarch, passed away peacefully on October 26, 2025, at the age of 96 in Louisville, Ohio. Born on April 17, 1929, in Homeworth, Ohio, Leona led a life characterized by love, commitment, and unwavering strength.

Throughout her life, Leona made significant contributions working in various jobs and callings including; West Branch Local School District and serving as a notary public. She also took on the important role of bookkeeper for her husband's family business, Reichenbach Chevrolet, where her keen sense for numbers and dedication were invaluable.

Leona's passions extended far beyond her professional engagements. A true farmgirl at heart, she found joy in gardening, growing beautiful flowers, and canning her own vegetables, loved all animals especially her dogs. Leona cherished the time spent with her family, nurturing bonds through shared experiences, including memorable family trips. Her zest for life was complemented by her delightful ornery side, which will be fondly remembered by those who knew her.

An active member of her community, Leona took pride in her involvement with the Ohio Child Conservation League and served as treasurer for Emmanuel Lutheran Church in North Georgetown. She was also a proud member of the Knox Ruritan Ladies Auxiliary, contributing her time and talents to these organizations.

Leona is survived by her two daughters, Karen Reichenbach and Susan Reichenbach, along with several nieces, nephews, and great nieces and nephews who will remember her spirit and legacy of love.

Leona was preceded in death by her parents, Elgie and Myrtle (Benner) Sanor; her husband, Kenneth "Kenny" J. Reichenbach, who passed away on January 24, 1987; and her four siblings: sister Velma Blackburn and brothers Virgil Sanor, Lester Sanor, and Harold Sanor.

A Private Graveside service will be held at North Georgetown Cemetery. Leona Reichenbach will be greatly missed, but her memory will live on in the hearts of all who were fortunate enough to know her. Joseph Miley

Joseph Miley, age 78, of Alliance, Ohio, passed away on October 18, 2025. He was born on September 2, 1947, in Akron, Ohio, to Charles and Martha (Davis) Miley, who predeceased him.

A graduate of Rootstown High School, Joseph continued his education at Kent State University, laying a foundation for his successful career. He was the former owner/operator of a pest control business and later worked in the sales department of Pest Solutions in Mansfield. Throughout his career, Joseph demonstrated his dedication to quality service and building relationships with his clients.

Joseph was an active resident at Canterbury Villa, where he immersed in various activities. His involvement in the theater productions and the Garden Club showcased his vibrant spirit and creativity. Additionally, as President of the Resident Council, he exemplified leadership and a commitment to his community. His love for card games, especially poker, brought joy not only to himself but to those around him.

Joseph is survived by his three daughters, Cindy Starcher, Becky (Bill) Crago, and Abby (Jay) Williams, along with ten cherished grandchildren: Bradley, Katrina, David, Kevin, Jenna, Elijah, Anna, Olivia, Zack, and Michah. He leaves behind a legacy of love, laughter, and cherished memories that will remain in the hearts of all who knew him. Besides his parents he was preceded in death by a son Ben Bowers and a grandson Andrew.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Friday, October 24, 2025 at Gednetz-Ruzek-Brown funeral home in Sebring at 3:00 PM with a time of gathering the hour prior to the service from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM. Arrangements have been entrusted to Brown Funeral Home, Sebring Chapel (330) 938-2526, www.grfuneralhome.com.
