To be deadly honest, I’ve learnt this years ago. But never stopped testing it. Overhead, high, and in fact types of heavy holds are essential for strengthening the core muscles. Let’s do more of them in 2026! Save them all to try during your next workout!

But if you need my routine, try working out 10-30 min everyday, do it consistently for 3 months minimum, better 6 and I promise you, you will love yourself even more! You will be that confident chick that looks like she’s figured it all out, I call it SheMoves effect 😜 but also give this workout a go, make every move one by one for 8-12 reps , repeat 2-5 rounds 🔥

Turns out, this is the kind of strength that actually matters.
Because life doesn’t happen in straight lines.
You carry things, reach, turn, step, lose balance a little, catch yourself.

When your arm can stay steady, your shoulder feels better.
When your hips don’t shift all over the place, your back is happier.
When you can lift a knee without tipping forward, walking and running feel easier.
When you can resist rotation, your body feels supported instead of strained.
Let’s train in 2026 together, I’ll take you through the basics, help improve balance, functional mobility, we’ll work on making your left side as strong as your right, or opposite :) We’ll breathe, and get out of breath, we’ll strengthen and shred, it’s going to be fun! And here is the coolest part of practicing mobility — it doesn’t have to look fancy.
You don’t need to twist yourself into a pretzel.
You just need controlled movement, a bit of strength, and patience. Try these, especially good for those who sit long hours, who have difficulty getting into a deep squat , and of course those with a backache. 8-12 reps x 2-3 sets twice per week 👌
