Happy New Year everyone! We are starting our Winter Yoga classes next Monday. I’m excited to share years of practice and study with you. This morning Yoga class will be a well-rounded practice of strengthening and stretching poses as well as other elements like face yoga, yogoda and internal locks. One of the focal points in the Yoga tradition is the breathing and my intention is to bring techniques that are proven to boost the oxygenation of the body as a way to gently increase energy and lower anxiety. Hopefully the exercises in this practice will stay as part of your tools to enhance any other personal routine.
I’m hoping to build a group of people to develop these techniques during the next four months.
