When Betty Brinn founded MHS Health Managed Health Services (MHS) - Wisconsin more than 40 years ago, she believed that healthier futures begin with strong, supportive communities.
Today, that legacy lives on.
That’s why MHS Health Wisconsin partnered with the Betty Brinn Children’s Museum to refresh the Pocket Park exhibit — a space where families can learn and play together. This is just one example of how our local approach impacts the communities we serve.

Soap, toothpaste, and detergent are essential for everyday health, yet millions of Texans lack access to these basics because some assistance programs don’t cover them. This gap affects overall well-being and daily life.
Since launching in 2020, Centene Company Superior HealthPlan has partnered with local organizations to open nearly 30 free community hygiene closets across Texas, with new locations added regularly. In Tyler alone, over 800 families have received more than 4,000 items — making a real difference in the lives of Texans.

Getting help early can play a powerful role in suicide prevention and support well-being.
That's why our Choose Tomorrow program proactively reaches out to members to connect them to support before crisis. Through data insights, we identify members at-risk of suicide and connect them with care managers who reach out weekly to ask, "How are you?" and listen without judgment. This approach supports steady participation in life-saving care through ongoing personal connection while linking to resources, helping transform feelings of isolation into hope.
Early support can be crucial in suicide prevention, but many people experiencing suicidal thoughts lack access to the care and connection they need. Our Choose Tomorrow program uses data-driven insights to identify and connect with members at-risk of suicide to ensure they have access to vital care....

More than 85,000 people in Los Angeles will have better access to care through two new initiatives: the L.A. County Field Medicine Program and the Skid Row Care Collaborative.
Centene company Health Net, LLC and L.A. Care Health Plan are partnering to make this possible, bringing doctors, nurses, and support to people in shelters, transitional housing, and encampments — breaking down barriers that often keep care out of reach.
