🌸 **Calling All Yoga Moms!** 🌸

I have just created this nice community yoga for moms, to find your inner peace amidst the hustle and bustle of motherhood and looking after your own health for a moment. Whether you're a seasoned yogi or a complete beginner, our classes are suited to all levels.

Connect with other local moms, stretch out the stress, and enjoy a moment of calm and creating meaningful connection either other fellow mums. Last week was a great success with 8 mums joining. My classes are themed to improve health such as posture, digestive/ immune system, kidneys, stomach etc. I have a class coming up this Tuesday at the Pavilion if anyone feel like joining ❤️ at the Pavilion - high tide room.

In yoga, we often talk about the mind-body connection, but what about the connection to others? Empathy is the ability to understand and share the feelings of another, and it’s a vital part of our yoga practice.

You can cultivate empathy by being self-aware, by recognising other people’s struggles and joy, try to be less non judgemental and by creating a community setting, so we know that we are not alone.

Next time you’re on your mat, take a moment to extend your practice beyond yourself. As you inhale, imagine breathing in understanding and compassion. As you exhale, send out empathy and kindness. Let’s use our yoga practice to build a more empathetic world.
