I am sharing my own story with you people about my gallbladder surgery i.e Symptomatic phase was not so easy for me, I experienced severe right hypochondrium pain that was radiating to the back and shoulder for almost 2 years, it was like something is just stucked in my right flank, it disturbed my daily routine work so badly and ultrasound confirmed that I was suffering from Cholelithiasis (Multiple Calculi in my gallbladder) that was causing severe pain. I consulted the surgeon after ultrasound report and he suggested me lap chole but I delayed and denied for the operate but symptoms become more severe day by day so the final day come of my surgery i.e. 2nd Aug 2021 (Monday). I will disscuss my operative journey in the next post and I goggled these pictures. I want you people to share your experience about the symptoms and Lap chole in the comment section if you have also undergone through the procedure.

In an invertogram, which is an X-ray investigation in which a metal object is taped over the a**l dimple, the child is held up side down while an X-ray is made of the pelvis in a lateral projection. This is only useful 24 hours or more after birth as gas needs to reach the distal re**um.

It is used to investigate the extent defect in the a**l or re**al atresia. The a**s is marked with radio opaque marker, the baby is inverted. A lateral radiograph is taken in the air, the re**um will rise to the highest point, giving an indication of the extent of the atresia.

: an alternative to the invertogram in imperforate a**s.

The prone cross-table lateral radiograph provides equal or sometimes better information, compared to the invertogram, for demonstration of the level of re**al atresia in neonates. Easy positioning, better cooperation of the patient, elimination of the effect of gravity, and better delineation of the re**al gas shadow are the advantages of the prone lateral view. Among the 45 cases compared, equal findings were noted in 37, but in eight babies the level of re**al atresia was more caudal in the prone radiograph than in the invertogram.
