This is another way of "Buying" Land in Thailand, it is not an Official Title, they call it a Community Title meaning its not Registered in the Land Title office and most probable can never be. However many people "Own" Land like this for generations, build houses as the Owner.
This makes the Land very Cheap, this block $16,650usd per 1600sqm.
This can work very well for People with limited Funds, we recommend building/buying a Container Home, if ever there is a problem pick it up and move to another block.

Probably started a bit early or should have set a longer time lapse. Anyway a beautiful morning, always a good day when it starts with a sungaze!

Finally a beautiful clear Sunrise and my first real sungaze since being in the tropics. At anchor again so a bit of movement on the time lapse.
Is it just me or does the sun look bigger closer to the equator?

A bit challenging with the clouds in the tropics also being at anchor makes the timelapse seem like we are all over the place.
Anyone have any tips for Sungazing in the tropics?

Sorry the page has been a bit slow lately, it's because I have been away from the Gold Coast.
I'm currently in Phuket Thailand where I'll be for some months now.
Seems the sunrises and sunsets have been a bit cloudy so far, I'll be making all efforts to get some more content up shortly.
