Following the Bread Crumbs

Sometimes the path isn’t clear.
There’s no map, no certainty, only the subtle shimmer of what’s next.

A whisper. A pull. A nudge.

In my work, it is known by many as following the breadcrumbs…

those small, sacred signs that life leaves for us to follow.

A feeling that says this way.
A chance meeting.
A word that lands like truth in your body.

When we slow down enough to listen, we realize the path has always been unfolding beneath our feet.

Each breadcrumb leading us closer to remembering, who we are, what we’re here to share, how we’re meant to serve.

The work I offer, through breath, sound, ceremony, and expanded states, isn’t about giving answers.

It’s about helping you hear your own.
To follow the quiet trail that life is laying before you.

We grieved where we needed to and found joy where it naturally bloomed. And oh my, there was joy. There was laughter til our faces hurt. Telling stories, learning of my lineage and memories of our favourite moments... sigh...

I am deeply honoured to be part of this family, and I adore every one of the descendants of this beautiful woman...

‘Gratitude from the Song Circle’

My heart is full.

Each time we gather, I’m reminded of the medicine that lives within our voices, the way song, prayer, and story weave us back into connection.

I’m so deeply grateful for the women who continue to show up… who bring their presence, their songs, their truth.
It is an honour to witness and to be witnessed, to remember, together, that our voices are powerful instruments of healing and prayer.

May the ripples of our songs travel far and wide.
May they lift women everywhere.

May they remind us all that we are never alone, that when we gather, we amplify love, strength, and possibility.

Here’s to the beauty we’re co-creating. To the pool of love that reaches farther than we know.

May we keep singing each other home. 🤍

Recently, I sat in circle with a group of humans most of whom were experiencing ceremony for the very first time. It’s difficult to put into words the feeling of being in the presence of that first experience, the laughter, the wide-eyed wonder, the soft tears, the quiet awe.
