Makes 4 servings - 518 Calories per serving - 38g Protein 60g Carbs 14g Fats - Ingredients:▪️500g lean mince ▪️1 diced onion▪️1 red pepper▪️1 tbs lazy garlic ▪️400g chopped tomatoes ▪️1 packet taco seasoning ▪️250g basmati rice▪️800ml beef stock▪️150g sweetcorn▪️80g mozzarella cheese ▪️30g Red Leicester cheese…..Method:⭐️ Add beef, onion, pepper, lazy garlic, chopped tomatoes and seasoning to slow cooker ⭐️ Cook on high for 3 hours ⭐️ Add rice, beef stock and sweetcorn⭐️ Cook for another hour⭐️ Add grated cheese and grill for 8-10 mins until cheese melted #
