These doctors are well intentioned but uninformed. They’re not taught to get to the root of these health issues. And most women don’t know this, but you can heal cysts, fibroadenomas (found in breast tissue), fibroids (found in uterus), tumors, etc, naturally, sans surgery.

Now, it’ll look a little different for everyone. Not everyone follows the same protocol because not everyone has the same root issues. I’ve had some clients heal growths in weeks, others have taken months even years.

We don’t just use external tools like castor oil (while I love castor oil, your body isn’t low on castor oil, so no, it won’t permanently heal your growths, no matter where they’re located.

Cyclic pain occurs anywhere from 5-14 days premenstrually, during the luteal phase (2 weeks before your period begins). The pain felt can be mild to very painful and uncomfortable. Tenderness, swelling and pain are the most common symptoms.

✨Nutrient deficiencies increase breast tissue sensitivity to the circulating hormones that play a role in the menstrual cycle.

⚡️If pain is experienced in only one breast, it’s possible that there is something in this breast that is responding to hormonal changes.

🌟Breasts undergo the same cyclic changes as the uterus. During the luteal phase, it’s common for the breasts to retain fluid which increases pressure and inflammation in the breast tissue leading to tenderness.

💫The uterus has the ability to release the buildup of cellular tissue and fluid through the menstrual flow, whereas the same build up of fluids and tissues in the breasts get reabsorbed into the body.

🌿In my personal experience and many of my clients, iodine and magnesium are the major nutrient deficiencies that contribute to cyclical breast pain. I’ve had clients with such severe breast pain, that hugging other people was really painful.

Here are 7 things I would recommend every woman buy and use on a regular basis. While these focus mostly on breast health, they can be used for pretty much anything and support overall health. Everything is under $50 (aside from some breast oils) and truly works incredibly well.

1.Iodine. It shrinks, heals, protects, detoxes, prevents. I’ve seen this stuff work miracles. Japanese women have the lowest rates of breast cancer in the world thanks to their iodine rich diets. I travel with this. It does everything, including detoxify water.
