Well, the time has come...Time for a new direction...
I am grateful for all the years of having been of service to you as a yoga teacher and for your ongoing support in attending my classes.

A reminder that as well as THURSDAY Yoga at 10 am and at 6 pm, MEDITATION based on Patanjali's Yoga Sutras (a classic in Yoga) is on WEDNESDAYS 6 pm. All welcome.
