MORE legs today.
Hammered out the hammies with 35lb bell deadlifts and bridges!!
W5/D4 spiked up my heart rate to 170 in the HIIT which consisted of plank jacks. I had to step it out and use my bench for modifications as my foot is still really stiff from surgery. Little by little it is getting more flexible. I’ll get there eventually ❤️😊
Moral of today…don’t say you can’t, find a way to make it happen. Some movement is better than NO movement 💪🏻
