The world moves on (even when we wish we could opt out for awhile). My heel injury is slooooowly healing, and I’m in shoes in the meantime. My brain is distracted and tired, so simple moves feel best right now.

Here’s a workout you can do at home with a couple of kettlebells and/or dumbbells.

Join us March 8 - May 2 to learn how to lift dumbbells and kettlebells safely. No matter your body type or ability, we can help you adapt strength moves to feel good!

✅ 8 weeks gradually learning variations of plank, squat, pushup, row, deadlift, overhead press, and more, all with plenty of options to make the move comfy and safe
