I talk about energy often… and yet it never quite feels like enough, because energy is not something to understand with the mind alone it’s something we experience.
Everything is energy.
Our bodies, our thoughts, our emotions all of it is moving, vibrating, alive.
Each vibration creates a frequency, and that frequency is constantly shifting depending on what is happening within us.
Every cell in the body has its own natural rhythm. When we are well, regulated and at ease, those rhythms are coherent they communicate clearly with one another, like an orchestra in tune. This is what we experience as balance, clarity and ease.
When something is off stress, emotion, injury, illness or pain that rhythm changes.
Think of a headache.
A head that feels clear and comfortable is vibrating in an organised, harmonious way.
A head in pain is vibrating differently the signal becomes distorted, erratic or compressed. Pain doesn’t just hurt; it interrupts communication. It pulls energy into a loop of alarm, contraction and protection. The frequency narrows, and the body stays stuck in that signal until it feels safe enough to soften again.
Pain lowers coherence.
It creates noise in the system.
This is where sound becomes such a powerful medicine.
Sound is vibration you can feel.
When a pure tone enters the body, it meets the disrupted frequency and gently invites it back into order. The body doesn’t have to try to heal it remembers how.
Tuning forks work on this exact principle.
Each tuning fork holds a precise frequency, measured in hertz, and that frequency carries information. When you apply a tuning fork to the body or the energy field, you are introducing a clear, stable signal. The nervous system recognises it as safe, predictable and organised. In response, the body begins to entrain it starts to match that frequency.
This is called resonance.
The fork doesn’t force anything.
It offers a reference point.
Different forks speak to different layers physical tissue, organs, the nervous system, emotional patterns and the energetic field. Some tones ground, some soothe, some open, some clear stagnation. Together, your set of 12 forks becomes a language each one saying something slightly different to the body, depending on what it needs to hear.
This is why sound therapy feels so deeply regulating.
It bypasses the thinking mind and speaks directly to the cells.
It reminds the body of its original rhythm.
It restores harmony where pain, stress or life have disrupted the flow.
Healing, at its core, is not about fixing
it’s about remembering the frequency of wholeness and allowing the body to find its way back home.
Have you experienced running forks in any sessions with me?
