The Habits for Life Program. Will it actually work for you?

If you’re skeptical, I get it…
It’s perfectly reasonable to wonder if trying to change the way that you eat and feel will be any different this time. Chance are you have tried to change things before and it hasn't worked and now you find yourself worried about prediabetes.
I wouldn’t expect you to dive in headfirst without a little evidence that this actually works first... and that is what I am about; evidence based nutrition that works.
1. We know for a fact that correct diet and nutrition are essential to stop diabetes. This doesn't mean just knowing what to eat, the real key is about doing it and doing it consistently. This has been proved time and again to get long lasting results.
