Some new finds... The Red Lentil Pasta is fantastic and can be found at Trader Joes. The Pamela's Ambition Bars are at the Honest Weight Food Coop in Albany. Those I haven't tried yet, but I've liked other products by her.

I doctored up this tried and true bean salad for a get together tomorrow. I added in some cilantro and subbed in some Mango Honey for the sweetener. It turned out fantastic! Don't be afraid to sub in or swap out some ingredients for your own tastes!
