Shamane graduated from Higher Elevation Healing Arts School in the heart of the energetic Rocky Mountains of Vail, CO. Her hands see beyond skin; reconnecting, soothing, reminding. Her work inspires a sense of renewal through energetic and structural integration to restore optimum daily function throughout your body. In addition to massage, Shamane enjoys an active life through connecting herself to nature by meditation, karate (USKA 2x World Champion), kickboxing, hiking, backpacking, biking, yoga, traveling, painting and anything else that keeps her heart and body happy. Every client leaves their massage with gifts of self-care which includes personalized stretching, relaxation techniques and even tips on self-massage so the healing can continue at home!

🫐Mother Earth will tell us when it's time to harvest her medicine sustainably. Never harvest more than ya need, or more than 1/3 of one plant. Ask before taking and leave an offering if the answer is yes.

🫐Juniper Berries fall to the ground, ripened with tannins, terpenes, flavenoids, and vitamin C. They aid us with properties of anti-inflammation that sooth body pains. The phenols (bioflavenoids) and terpene are antioxident so they fight free radicals and reduce cellular damage and oxidative stress, OH MY! Tannins create the astringent & antiseptic properties which helps cleanse and tone the skin, reducing eczema, psoriasis, and dandruff. Juniper berries also reduce cellulite! AND the berries are a great addition to your yoni steam herbs and alleviate UTI symptoms with amazing urinary & womb health benefits!

What a concept. Home and "self".
Home is where my heart is.
Home is where you park. 🚐
Home is where I feel connected.
Home is on earth and under the sun and moon.
Home is safe, protected, grounding.

Home is where my roots can expand.
Growing into deeper connection.
Connection with my natural rhythms, cycles and seasons.
They reflect those of our Earth Mother 🌎.
"Self" is an illusion.
There is no separation. There is only identity attachment.
We are a collective being, vibration, heart & breath.
Existing in collective love, collective rage, collective grief and everything in between, all at once.

Oh Earth Mama, so sweet, so strong.
Radiating unconditional love through it all.
Feeling her roots hold me through transitions.
Her soils and medicines ease my soul.
Her waters flow theough..alivening, awakening, releasing.
Nourishing, cleansing, embracing.

Shamane is a nationally recognized massage therapist through the National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage & Bodywork (NCBTMB), as well as locally with the California Massage Therapy Council (CAMTC).
