Every time Katherine makes stuffing, she's back at her grandma's dining table.

The traditions our loved ones leave behind keep their memory alive. This Thanksgiving, she honors her grandma and all the love she poured into their family gatherings.

Who do you think of when you're cooking?

"We originally staged this in a photoshoot to fit our big family with the new baby. A few years later, we recreated it as a joke. Now it's become a funny tradition.

All these years later, whenever we get together, someone suggests taking our 'traditional' pic, and the laughter starts.

We line up in the same order, and the youngest (who is now the biggest) becomes a solid base for us to lean on, which is lucky because it usually turns into a bit of a pile-on.

It's silly, but it's also a reminder that everyone in the lineup has a place, and we really do depend on each other." - Rachel, Big Sister and Director of Chaos

If you don’t have a family “pile-on” photo yet, this is your sign to start one. 😉

What were YOU doing at 17? Worried about your driver's test? Your crush?

David Rainey was joining the Marines!

His family's military service spans centuries, from the Revolutionary War to the Iraq War. An unbroken legacy of courage passed down through generations.

David says knowing his family history helps him appreciate his own sacrifice and the strength that came before him.

This Veterans and Remembrance Day, honor the stories by finding the heroes in your family.
