Yoga X is the fourth workout in the original P90X Extreme Home Fitness program—and honestly, one of the most physically and mentally challenging sessions in the entire series. At 90+ minutes, it focuses on strength, balance, flexibility, breath control, and core stability.
What I love most is that this isn’t “easy” or restorative yoga. It’s a full-body workout:
• Fast-moving vinyasa flows (Sun Salutes, Warriors, Crescent, Runner’s Pose)
• Balance and floor work (Tree, Royal Dancer, Crane)
• Core work (Yoga Belly 7), deep stretching, and meditation
Despite back, shoulder, and knee issues, I didn’t jump in all at once. I started with 10 minutes every couple of days, added 5 minutes at a time, and now I’ve worked my way up to 30 minutes—something I haven’t done in over 7 years.
This workout has reminded me that when you move with intention and listen to your body, strength and healing can coexist. So grateful I found this again. 💛
