It's is a true to be the I once only about.

I did the , yall call it Shadowwork!

With that it's still everyday struggles and things that happen to attempt to challenge your peace.

Completing the task of finding my true self I've learned to not be bothered with things out of my control. Accept what it is and move on.

With that I'm at peace knowing I live freely without reservations in anything I do or have done.

I own my s**t!
I'm responsible for my actions!
I protect my peace at all costs!

Receiving an email the other day stamped I'm following the path I'm destined to be on.

I thank me for having this vision and courage to follow what I feel.

Thank you to everyone that continues to make this possible.

My husband and all our children I love you so much! This is for us!

I'm closed to enjoy our family time, to reclaim my time, to rekindle intimacy as a family, to refocus before the new year. so thankful

It's always been about culture, education, survive to thrive, education, truth and cooperative economics.

Not one person who has met me can say that I didn't attempt to support your brand by highlighting or partnering with you at events, etc.

What I've experienced from some helped clear the way for what I represent and our purpose.

Folks out here living trendy lifestyles versus truly doing what you preach. Influencers have a great way to entertain you as much as societal norms. You know sports, concerts, clubbin, toxic TV, trash music and loads of drama.

I know how difficult it may be to take time out your entertained or busy day to read. But....

Reading has been the gift that's given me the knowledge I have to speak on many topics that affect out daily lives. My kids don't care to read but I still try to get them to listen to what I advocate for, I ask them questions to see if they understand and we have open discussions about many things.

Take advantage of your time and play a podcast that is informative or watch a few documentaries. This information is important for your life and the lives of everyone around you.

Remove your masks, see your ancestors!

Love, Life & Loyalty...

This was my very first tattoo! I was 34 years old and just getting my 1st tattoo. I knew it was something I wanted for a long time but didn't have the money to do what I wanted to do at that time.

My 1st born's name would be the tattoo I yearned for when I didn't have much of anything to call my own besides him. It took me 15 years to finally get his name put on my back shoulder. Not only did I get his name but also my daughter's name who was 2 years old at the time.

I've known for most my adult life that tattooing the name of a man I was dating will never happen. Ya know it falls in line with, I'd never date someone I worked with or live in the same neighborhood as. Those are staples I stuck with all my adult life.

I love to stay true to me so an alternative was to have matching tattoos. The friendship, love and bond that I have with this man is unwavered. So that's what we agreed on and Love, Life & Loyalty it was. That was 15 years ago and I feel that we truly are living this love, life and loyalty in marriage and as a blended family.

This life we're building didn't come easy at all. I think back to all the tribulations that came with us deciding to date. Soooo happy I listened to my conscience and did the work necessary to be sitting here typing this post right now. 💜

Sam John Stribling Sr. thank you for giving me this happiness I experience with you every day. Even when there are quiet times and moments of disagreements, it's still the happiest of days experiencing it all with you.

This Sunday catch STRIB'ble ®️ Market Stand .farmersmarket December 7th 10am to 2pm

Next Thursday you'll find me in the lobby December 11th 11am to 2pm

Then in 2 weeks from Sunday you'll find me .and.forth 10am to 2pm.

This is what you call pushing the f through...

Last week I found out that I may not be ringing that 5 years cancer free bell next October.

My Endocrinologist says he's really impressed by how calm I am and positive about the unknown

I'm like all the mess I've lived through I've learned ain't no point in stressing we just going work on solutions.

So I'm on monitoring again for scans and bloodwork every 6 weeks through 6 months and a referral to my 1st oncologist.

If I allow the unknown to take over who would I be?

I've met plenty of situations not knowing the outcome aside my faith and belief I'm meant to be here for the long run.

With this belief and faith I push through and keep pushing because I have things to get done.

While in deep thoughts I wonder why do people wait until individuals are dying or dead to give flowers and show support?

I'm like hi, I'd like my flowers and support now not once I've withered away or ascend to every lasting spiritual life.

So this post is to let you know that I'm appreciative and a very thankful person so it's perfectly fine to give me and my family the support and flowers now.

Supporting our family brand provides so much for our kids and their future.
