Hello Dear Friends!
I pray that you are all happy, healthy, and well! It has been a very interesting past 2 years and life continues to reveal new layers to move through. As we move into the cooler, more introverted months, and into a time where we must take even more care of our bodies. It is important not only to strengthen the immune system with vitamin C, D, Quercitin, and Zinc (to name a few..) , it is also so important to be supporting the nervous system as well. When our bodies are stressed, it makes it more difficut for our bodies to fight off infection, heal injuries, or other imbalances in the body.
There are many tools one could use to address potential stresses that arise in daily life. It is up to us to tune in and explore what tools work best for us. One of my very favorite ways to de stress and heal from a meriad of things, is to prepare myself an intentional herbal soak. The easiest, most gentle, and powerful way I have learned to relieve layers of stress or imbalance is to soak my feet! Recieving medicine from the central energy centers of the body is a potent and soothing modality to recieve medicine.
