Day 1: Reiki 1 – The Foundation
Focus: Energy awareness, self-healing, and hands-on healing for others.
What You’ll Learn: Reiki history, hand positions, energy connection, and your first attunement.
Outcome: You’ll start practicing Reiki immediately, with a strong foundation in energy work and the ability to heal yourself and others.

Day 2: Reiki 2 – Deepening the Practice
Focus: Advanced techniques for mental, emotional, and distant healing.
What You’ll Learn: Chakras, sacred symbols, distance healing techniques, and emotional/spiritual healing methods.
Outcome: You’ll become a certified Reiki Practitioner, with tools for distant healing and deeper spiritual work.

Clear Your Energy Connection: Your first attunement on Day 1 clears your energy channel, preparing you for the deeper work on Day 2.
Seamless Progression: Day 2 builds on Day 1, enhancing your abilities with symbols, chakra healing, and distant Reiki.

What to Expect:
Saturday Day 1: Reiki I
We’ll dive deep into the history, definition, and principles of Reiki. This is where your healing journey begins. Through this initiation, your channels for healing energy are opened, and you’ll be able to channel Reiki to yourself and others. You’ll learn traditional hand positions, and practice Reiki treatments on both yourself and others. Plus, you’ll receive comprehensive handouts to guide you on your path.

Sunday Day 2: Reiki II
You’ll learn sacred symbols and how to use them for long-distance healing, mental-emotional healing, and situational healing. You will learn about the chakra system and how to scan the body for imbalances. This day marks a deeper spiritual connection with Reiki, bringing further healing and balance into your life. The integration period that follows the class will allow for even more growth and transformation. You’ll leave feeling more centered, connected, and empowered to support your own healing and that of others.

December hits different, doesn't it?
The chill in the air is a reminder that the year's almost over. Time seems to be speeding up, doesn't it? One moment you're celebrating the start of the year, and now it's nearly gone.
Eventually, everything slows down, and you realize: some things—like fleeting moments of popularity-come and go. From the best clique in elementary school to the private social clubs of today, chasing that "in" crowd? Is it all just noise?
Yes and no.
Sure, some things are just distractions— ephemeral, fading away as quickly as they came.
But there's more to it. Meet all the colorful people, the movers and shakers. Laugh, learn, and create memories you won't trade.
True success isn't built on who's watching, but on the impact you make, the work you put in, and the people you truly connect with.
As the year winds down, take a breath. Reflect.
Finish strong. The best moments come when you least expect them. So go ahead-make this last chapter one to remember.

Just a reminder that TONIGHT's Full Moon in Gemini carries that light, freeing energy, but also marks the ending of things.

I’m feeling this energy and I know you are too.
