Every week I’m “showcasing” a coping tool to encourage my kids to expand theirs. This week the mini shredder was a HUGE hit.

I interviewed for my first position in August. I had a small number of towns I wanted to work in, and the waiting paid off! I have never regretted the choice to wait out a position for my dream district. Years later, I decided on a small number of towns I would leave for in order to be closer to home. Don’t settle, School Psychs!
