Meditation October Challenge - 31 Days That Could Change Everything. As we prepare to enter October, I want to invite you into an experiment: 31 days of morning meditation. Just 5 minutes. Here's why this matters: scientific studies show 30 days is the minimum needed to establish a neural pathway, also known as a habit. The ashram taught that consistent practice for one month creates lasting change. Most importantly, I've watched hundreds of students transform through simple consistency. The rules are simple: 5 minutes minimum (more if inspired, never less). Any time before noon counts as 'morning.' Any style; sitting, walking, breathing, chanting, they're all valid. In the ashram, we had a saying: 'The hardest part of meditation is remembering to do it.' comment below if you're joining in the challenge!
